Tom Haak, Director of the HR Trend Institute, will give an overview of what he considers to be important trends for HR. He will not focus on COVID-19 and HR, but talk about how we can use the opportunities created by the current crises the accelerate a transformation in HR, and increase the impact of HR.
Tom will give input for around 45-60 minutes, and thereafter there will be ample time for questions, answers and discussion.

Tom has an extensive experience in HR Management in multinational companies. He worked in senior HR positions at Fugro, Arcadis, Aon, KPMG and Philips Electronics.
